Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final. We also do not provide "replacement" nails for a previously purchased set.

Damages and issues

Please open & inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  Although we package your items with superior care, we cannot guarantee the handling once it is in the possession of shipping carriers. Nail Candi is not responsible for damaged packaging upon receipt.  If there is anything missing from your order or you receive items you did not order, please contact us in writing at luxuryservice@nailcandimd.com within 24 hours of receipt so that we may correct the issue.
